Empowered Learning Inc.
A few words about our approach: The principals of Empowered Learning, Kenneth H. Stewart and John H. Bergman, bring more than five decades of experience in reality-based training and emergency response, collaborative planning and problem solving, team development, and community connection to clients. They begin with a premise: the client has a problem and they want to solve that problem in a positive, meaningful way, one that is good for the organization, its staff, and its customers or constituents.
An initial contact with Empowered Learning involves thoughtful discussion of the situation and an exploration of potential actions. It is the beginning of a collaboration process between Empowered Learning and the client. If Empowered Learning has a service that meets a need, the collaboration can grow; if we don't have a service, we offer alternatives, including other companies that may. We listen before we speak; we question before we propose; we adjust to fill needs.
